PDF Connoisseur – Annotate, Sign & Scan with OCR App Reviews

Awesome app and very helpful.

When I first purchased this app it was amazing, now here as of late it has been crashing almost every time. Now it is asking me for a password of a document that I was reading 3 hours prior without a password.

Prior to updating the app a day ago, I could edit my PDFs. But now I have to get "the bundle", pay $6 more and get the companion app that will edit PDFs. What will happen next time they want to make more money? Release an update that completely locks you out of a PDF until you buy something else from them that will unlock it?(oh wait thats what they just did) This was a great app, now it only works if you buy another app. Shows they will fleece the consumers any way they can.

This PDF viewer/organizer is great. Try it out to see all of the functionality.

Worth the money I spent.

Took me some time to accustom myself to how everything works, but once I did, I was hooked! Brilliant, easy to use (once you take time to play with all the options it offers), and saves me time looking for downloaded material, favorite pages, or required passages for quick and easy studying.. Please please please add more cool features!! This already rocks but I have to download several apps to get everything I need for school, like recorders and text to speech apps..just incorporate that here so I can delete the rest!!

I would have given it 5 stars if I could "open in" and entire folder of files in another app instead of doing them one by one.

After spending the better half of a day looking for a PDF app that would allow me to keep all my information / market research organize in one central location. I picked up PDF Connoisseur. The only reason why I didnt give this app 5 stars is because it crashes a lot on me. Im using the IPad 2. This is the only app that crash on me (okay, Chrome crashes every once in a blue moon) and I must say I find it a little more then frustrating; however, even when I looked at some apps to replace it I simply couldnt find a close 2nd. I hope the developer squashes the bugs soon, because the crashing screws up my workflow. All things being equal I would still get it knowing what I know now. ~ Willie

Navigating PDFs is great with good ability to notate and highlight but some screen positioning/calibration problems so highlights are not always clean. Text to voice feature certainly improved with iPad OS upgrade better speech speed. Had trouble when notes disappeared after accidentally removing a downloaded book. Still cant email my notes so I may have to wait until after semester to delete that pdf. Have had some inexplicable app freezing.

What a waste of money. Does not remember the last page read. Please fix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I started using these apps a number of months ago. Finally ended up with the $14.99 version. I find it is not intuitive, and I have yet to figure out to download a PDF from an Internet site. There is an annoying default web link that keeps overwriting the URL I put in. Finally gave up and copy everything over to a Dropbox account which is accessible from within the App. Not worth what I paid for it in my opinion Mh_flexer
