PDF Connoisseur – Annotate, Sign & Scan with OCR App Reviews

It doesnt even open, not the first time robbed by app store.

This is a great app. I find it extremely helpful in organizing my research.

They have been known to change the menu functions, which is annoying and why I didnt give the ap 5 stars.

The program works ok but crashes a lot on my iPad. I also dont like the fact that you cant drag and drop files easily. And the instructions are a little hard to understand

This is the program I live on, doing my business and my doctorate studies!!!

I downloaded, tried, struggle to understand how it worked, learned a bit on how, loaded the PDF I wanted to try with Text-to-Speech. Skimmed through the PDF… performance was sluggish (compared to other PDF Apps). Tried to select the text to get the text to be spoken. Worked but couldn’t read along as the popup window for TTS was hiding the text (seriously, what’s the use of that). The TTS hesitated when jumping lines… at some point even repeated the same line twice… tried to select another text and then crashed. Now I want my money back. Thanks.

This app has potential but it lacks the intuitiveness necessary to navigate with ease. I downloaded this to try the OCR features and have no clue how to use it or where the packages are located.

I cant download ocr pack. For the price I paid, I wait for an update. Crash when trying to download ocr. Where are you, since my last request?!!!!!

This app is poorly designed and layout and help info is terrible. Would give negative stars if I could!

Non of feature work ocr or read text . Give my money back or activate the features

It is a great app

Does everything I need and more. Solid text to speech program. Good array of highlighting and text annotation options. Makes working with digital textbooks and other print media easy on the iPad. Well worth the ten dollar investment. A great piece of asistive technology.

I bought the app because it appeared capable of ocring a short PDF document. It cant. There are better products for less money out there, like GoodReader. Wheres the refund button?

It crashes a lot. Also, it deleted some of my important documents. The pdf convertor is not free and you have to pay extra money!

This app saved me so much time in school!

Been using various Kadan apps for a while now. Connoisseur is a really nice package which integrates almost anything you could want in document management/annotation/conversions—not limited to PDFs—and workflow. Now with Touch ID, it gives you document security without having to remember yet another password. Although it integrates with Kadans own document Cloud service (AWS based) it also works with all major cloud services, so you dont have to switch—actually you can use them all. If your using it for business, Kadan offers a host of subscription services like faxing and collaboration which can make team and customer communication and document interactions frictionless. Like most capable apps it has occasional bugs but Kadan is quick to respond, and seems to constantly be improving the app and updating it to take advantage of new iOS features.
